JUST DO IT. Whatever you’ve got cooking up in that beautiful mind of yours make something of it. Create, create, create. Irrespective of age, sex, or ethnicity, we all have something of inherent value to provide to this world. The unfortunate reality is a lot of us, including myself, fall victim to “analysis paralysis” and before we know it we are just another brick in the wall.

Full transparency, I am not what you think of when you think of creatives, nor do I claim to be. What I do have, much like yourself, are my own unique thoughts and lived experiences. Give yourself some credit that’s something of inherent value due to it being a 1/1. Scarcity 101.

That may be my delusional optimism talking, but I genuinely believe from the bottom of my heart that everyone has something captivating to somebody. It’s just a matter of connection. Now the delivery of this something can take any form, be it art, social media, literature, etc. Your something is merely the outwardly expression of an internalized thought. This expression doesn’t need to be shared with the world. It can be tucked away into the archives for all I care so long as it manifested itself in a tangible form outside of your own head. We don’t count your ability to think of shit without it becoming tangible. Sorry to burst your bubble that’s nothing special. Our thoughts come near subconsciously. Our creation of thoughts into something tangible is the beautiful part.

The part that I don’t get is this… Comment below and correct me if I’m totally left field with this one.

Much like you having your thoughts, and thoughts alone. The consumption of other people’s thoughts does not count. You cannot bite someone’s style and perspective of the world and think that you’re doing something of significance. The person who did something of significance was the one that not only put something into the world, but at the same time made said thing accessible to you. An outwardly response to someones something is in and of itself something. Fuck, a mouthful. Read that back one time. Your response is your perspective. It’s possible for your perspective to be similar to someone else’s, but it is impossible for it to be the same. Whether you want to make a theological claim, or biological one there’s certain complexities about us, including that little something located in that cranium of yours. Consumption internalizes creation and sends it into the realm of no escape. That is, if you let it.

This isn’t a call to action to become the next great author, full-time content creator, or DaVinci. What I’m proposing is to get what’s inside your head out there. Because everything conjured up in there isn’t located in what I like to call the realm of reality. The pen is mighty and all encompassing. To be simple about things it’s just the creation of something. Let that mighty pen paint some words, let those words paint pictures, and let them all work in conjunction to shape the future. Whether on a micro or macro scale there’s force in the creation of something. Your something triggers a reaction be it in yourself, or others internally or externally. What shapes the world is the external. We can conjure up whatever we want in the internal but that’s the same place where it dies if it remains.

This is your call to create, come with me and enter the realm where you live on forever and do something impactful for yourself or others. In some respects, it’s a shot at the universe or the divine if you do not. When you get the download it’s imperative you do something with it. Don’t let your talents and something go to waste.
